Firearm Purchase Terms and Conditions

Derringer Firearms/MRA can only ship weapons to a licensed FFL dealer. The receiving dealer must provide an unexpired copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to Derringer Firearms before we can ship your item. Make arrangements with the receiving FFL dealer pertaining to fees and pick-up procedures in your state. Derringer Firearms is not responsible for transfer fees with local ffl. You can choose to put in the dealer's information now or call us afterwards. Please ensure that the dealer you choose will transfer a gun to you before you notify us.

For Local Pickups: A valid Florida State I.D. is required. You will be able to pick up your gun at Derringer Firearms after state fees and waiting period/background check are completed. Derringer Firearms is located at 1433 E Gary Rd. in Lakeland, FL.
